Fi/Altaire--thanks, I've been keeping an eye on the guy since a friend alerted me to his existance back in March...didn't want to jump into this thing until I was comfortable that he wasn't just a flavor-of-the-month type; Bush's latest comments (especially the "more U.S. soldiers dying = a good thing" War-is-Peace crap) have made me queasy enough to take the plunge.
This Haliburton bullsh!t is giving me the heebie-jeebies as well.
Not much of a plunge so far, I admit, but I've never worked for (or donated to) ANY campaign before, so it's a Big Thing for me :)
On the other hand, if the Diebold Election Fraud situation is anywhere near as bad as I fear, it might not matter--Bush could very well end up staying in office with 40% of the vote...or 30%, or 10%...regardless of whether anyone actually votes for him at all.
