It actually means nothing that there is an AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN IN CALIFORNIA or FLORIDA since “Corporate Registrations” are done at the STATE LEVEL, NOT the FEDERAL LEVEL. Don’t people understand the basics of business on here as I have seen other posts trying to say that $GVSI has something to do with the California AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN? There are probably 10-20 companies in different states in the US named AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN. But NONE OF THOSE COMPANIES have a valid SEC Filer/Reporting TICKER SYMBOL, namely GVSI.
Only Mr. Sharp’s AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN, Inc. company has a “ticker symbol”and trades publicly on a US STOCK EXCHANGE. So give that subject a rest.
Mr. Sharp changed the name from GOOD VIBRATIONS SHOES to AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN to alleviate the confusion out of the equation when the reverse merger announcement is made. He learned from the “Tesoro Flooring” deal when all the negative nellies were bashing about a FLOORING COMPANY merging with a PAYMENT APP/Blockchain company. This time the headline will read something like this;
“AMERICAN BLOCKCHAIN, INC. to Reverse Merge with SWAPP”.
There won’t be any confusion this time. So everyone can STOP speculating about some nothing company in California HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH GVSI & “American Blockchain, Inc. in Nevada.
