funny I thought the “right now” happened years ago, you know around the time MacNally said they reached the design freeze* milestone.

Vicarious was smart enough to apply for Breakthrough Device designation with the FDA. With that designation the FDA granted them an expedited 510k pathway.
Unlike Titan that had gone years not knowing what pathway they would need to take..
Of course Vicarious has a truly breakthrough device….
Not sure if Titan applied for Breakthrough designation and was rejected by the FDA or they didn’t even bother applying knowing what they have….
