Yes, exactly. Another poster referred to the 10K filed on Sept 28th. This was in fact a 10K amendment dealing with compensation. The 10k for FY 2021, which ended May 30, 2021, was posted on 7/30.
In that 10k, the DOJ and SEC subpoenas are noted. They have been discussed here. We are now in a new fiscal year. Annual and quarterly reports ARE backward-looking, and also a snapshot in time (as of) on a certain date.
To extrapolate that there IS an ongoing investigation by SEC and/or DOJ, and the target of the investigation IS Cytodyn or its officers, etc, is pure speculation. Not based in fact. A conclusion is drawn due to unfamiliarity with how those federal agencies operate, or how to read annual and quarterly reports.
As I've said a number of times, the 10Q should be out any day now. We can hopefully then put to rest questions about bankruptcy, funding, revenue, investigations, and other pressing matters.
