They have to reveal lawsuits to all stakeholders though, and shareholders are definately stakeholders. I think the three straight years of getting crls have taken a toll on the stock. But if it gets approval 7 Nov. It may go parabolic. That is the upside of this situation. Lets pray for some luck from god on this one. I am not totally convinced.

What was ADMP's excuse before that since basic DD will see where we sat on the charts. Oh right, tied to the home builders index or something like that:)
