I cannot speak to the intraday volatility of the jps. But the price is lower now than it has been for the past seven years or so for the jps. The relative value of jps to common would suggest common are easily worth over $10 or you would be smarter to own preferred

These are penny stocks now. Penny stocks are more volatile.

I don’t recall them being more volatile intraday than this.

That is a sign of illiquidity. The big players don’t seem to be exiting and the retail traders are making it volatile.
