That was a very good article on ADRs. It will be interesting to see whether RLFTF goes for Level 1, 2 or 3.

The article reminded me of a trip wire with ADRs that investors need to be aware of. $ .01 or .03 per share can really add up! TD Ameritrade will display "ADR" after the ticker symbol is entered to remind the trader that there are extra (potentially high) fees when trading ADRs.

ADRs are subject to additional fees that traditional stocks don't carry. These are periodic service fees or "pass-through fees" that compensate the depositary bank for providing custodial services. These charges generally run from $0.01 to $0.03 per share, but you'll be able to find the specifics in the ADR prospectus.
