#42726 RE: changes_iv #42725

I think I've seen this explanation before. However, my broker made it very clear to me that the net effect of a 1 for 50 ADR conversion will result in SH losing their common shares and receiving an ADR to replace it. They stated that the ADR conversion is very similar to a R/S. So with 1 for 50, we loose 50 common shares and receive 1 ADR which can be traded on an American exchange. So no matter how you look at it, SH will have their tradable equity shares reduced to 1 for every 50 common shares owned.

Uplisting will NOT occur on the day the ADR conversion takes place. The RLFTF ADR shares will trade on the OTC (pinks). It's a completely different process to get uplisted to the NASDAQ.

This is the same information that RLFTF IR gave me as well via telephone.

So, the question becomes .... are you (or anyone) aware whether GEM's share structures will be treated like the rest of our shares when the ADR conversion occurs? Or are they receiving preferential (or different) treatment?

Thanks
