My guess is that the NRXP attorneys are working 24 x 7 to come up with a response. RAM levied a huge punch to their face, and they have a lot to analyze before providing a response.

However, they could have at least have PR'd that a response will be forthcoming. The lack of that does raise red flags IMO. I sure hope the NRXP BOD takes control of this mess.
