If I was the merging companies, I'd wait till the run is underway before diluting wouldn't you? To truly take advantage of the market cap vs the paltry market cap we have right now in comparison to what the potential can be based on historical RM plays we've seen in the OTC.
Just my thoughts. Idk how these things work in reality. I guess I'll find out.
