I called the head of the research department and filled them in on CYDY and their extracurricular activities. They said their focus is only on science and willing to look at anything. However, they were not aware of the FDA letter, SEC/DOJ subpoena and multiple lawsuits. Being a good American, I pointed them to several SEC fillings so they can review per their request.

All CYDY shareholders and prospective shareholders should realize that this is HUGE! There will always be those that minimize every step along the way. There are also those that want to bury their heads in the sand and pretend that nothing good is happening.

To each their own. I guess they have their reasons (maybe financial) for wanting to see CYDY fail. It's sad, really. Great job CYDY for this huge win!
