The facts are GDSI appears to be a Bilky DelCrappo penny stock SCAM, one of the 3 in the family of DelCrappo share selling scams (ECGS and the 1.24+ BILLION O/S SHMP), in my opinion. Remember the O/S in SHMP grows radically each and almost every trading day.
