Yup. It's downright embarrassing that the self-proclaimed OTC Wiz could not get one of his tickers current. And then he tries to save face by saying it was what the "potential merger partners preferred". WHAT??? If they are only potential, then it is pointless to talk about what any non-signed entity would want. Who cares?? There are no signed partners.
