Very true. A favorable ruling by the Supreme Court would clearly help WDDD, as that precedent could not be ignored by CAFC or Casper. It would be nice to get WDDD in front of a jury after all these years (if it gets that far, maybe a settlement would happen first). We will have to wait and see
