This has been known for a while - you might see COTRP (and CBTRP, CBJCL) go to the Expert Market (used to be known as Grey Sheets). It will be much harder to trade. But it will not hasten or otherwise change our recovery, if any. I will continue to hold. Nobody should ever see their position liquidated or removed from their accounts AT ALL. If that happens, SQUAWK IMMEDIATELY. I do not expect Etrade or Fidelity to do anything except restrict buying.
