He will be rung up for perjury now. If there's 1$ of hidden money and he applies for the Fed council assistance Dr Schena could add perjury to the long list over other criminal charges he has going. The stakes could not be higher if they continue to employ shady practices.
So as it sits there's the Taub trial in October, the landlord is coming after them for $500K and of course the criminal trial. What a mess!!!!
Some believe that the totally bogus/totally fraudulent letter to shareholders that ARYC put out, is more than enough to put Mark and Company away for life, imo. Just a matter of time.
