Real companies are supposed to be current and they are - OTC scams become 3 years delinquent - and the SEC contacted Deitsch and said get current or be suspended and revoked - he started getting current.
But the funniest part a few shareholders are giddy about NPHC being current and ignore the fact that Deitsch allowed the company to be 3 years delinquent.
