A valuation "reset" because of "errors and omissions" by Kisa (because GIFX is under a 15-12G allowance for not reporting).

Additionally, Kisa was aware of the CE designation on GIFX when it first came on. Question will be, "Is Kisa really that foolish to walk down this road of no escape from this supposed legal liability ?"

If this all gets explained away with an attorney letter, or trial, then we're immediately off to the races hanging onto our GIFX shares.
