The majority of Experts breaking out of the hotel are foreign tickers from what I've noticed over the past couple of days. I contribute this to OTCM finally seeing filings from their home markets. Most are not sub pennies but $2 - $100 range so they are of no interest to me.

I am most interested in buying stocks where we know a custodian is in the works.

Custodians usually win and then bring the stock current.

Seems like a good bet they will eventually escape expert.

If you can get the shares cheap enough you should do well.

That's my thinking.
