This is the best sign if ever there was one. The typical OTC scams have management similar, but it is intentional because they are diluting the F*** out of shareholders. That is not the game or the MO here. True growing pains going on for a company run by people whose second language is English and werent ready to go public. Seems they are figuring it out slowly and painfully. Hopefully the hiccups end soon.

If they do not address filings, and the AL, before the end of this month, I feel we will lose a lot

more cheerleaders here, and I cannot blame them for selling and leaving!

This is all on management's incompetence, who have dropped the ball all year on filings!

The SEC is no longer messing around! You saw how many tickers ended up in the greys after

Sept 28th!!

I feel that they will start coming after pink limited stocks next!

So if these guys want to remain a publicly traded company, they better start acting like one!
