This time of the year historically is when we see a bottom form and then we swing upwards into the new year. This is a cyclical thing but also we've bottomed based on valuation. That's my thinking. If you draw a line across all the bottoms we've had we're still positive slope. Just need some catalysts now into end of year and health insurance elections time.
