the constitution was created to protect citizens from the government, not the other way around. the scotus ruling was the exact opposite reason that the constitution was written, but because if who made the ruling there's nowhere else to go.

So, right now, no court has found any citizen's constitutional rights to have been violated

Please correct me if I am wrong - I also believe the courts, and ultimately SCOTUS, are the arbiters of such matters
