That's bothered me from day one... Where's incentive for PPS to rise when he's not vested? Regardless, I will wait another few weeks, but at some point I will call uncle!

Without having his employment contract in front of me I couldnt tell you if he has incentives, but he acts as if he doesn't. This doesnt scream incompetence to me, it just confirms they all do not know how to run a publicly traded company ... and thats fine for a first year company. But, they need to move on that rapidly and show signs of improvement. Once they do, you will see a marked improvement in the PPS. Until then it will be more of the same.
