Provide the specific excerpt from the SEC document that talks about that and post a link to the entire document.

If you post the information and you want credibility, you must provide backup to that information when readily available, as in this case.

I have read the SEC docs. That is a far cry from what you are saying is going on. You clearly indicate that the numbers being reported to PHLX and subsequently being repeated here and on other message boards are deliberately falsified.
I understand that your real intention here is to try and establish grounds for you to be able to post whatever you wish without backup.
However you have a fatal flaw in your supposition, the numbers being reported are freely available to anyone with telephone access. This access is toll free via an independent third party, in this case the Philadelphia exchange. Therefore the information is as easily verified as if it was printed in a newspaper or published on the web. The source information is provided each time it is posted. To call it hearsay is beyond ridiculous. It is a RECORDED MESSAGE! If I posted closing prices that were gleaned from a telephone call to any one of the number of telephone services that actually still provide telephone quotes would you call that hearsay?
Again your basic problem (which you refused to address) is one of credibility. You don't have any. Instead of trying to EARN IT, you propose to try and force the board administrator to make everyone put up with your vicious assaults.
