That might be a good sight that something major is about to happen as he (the guy at intersection capital) doesn't want to share any information so people don't get busted for insider trading laws.
It really sucks that M I R O had to screw this one up so badly back in March with his incompetent bankruptcy where we still have creditors that got paid out excessively with new shares, total horse Sh*T
I bet you any amount of money those guys still got there 600 - 400 million shares depending on how much they liquidated. I think everyone has to accept that fact these creditors are going to have to be in the picture unless the file lawsuit in an attempt strip the shares from them because they were unlawfully given to them in the first place. The SEC is the worst agency when it comes to looking out for the little guys, the SEC should be investigating M I R O and BS share settlement that happened during Florida Bankruptcy case, what was the point of the entire bankruptcy case if old convertible note holders get to walk away with all the money.. its F**ing Idiotic nonsense.
