I think he’s very cognizant of the market reaction if LAHO SH don’t get paid after saying they would. If he thought disgruntled LAHO SH didn’t matter, they wouldn’t have said a word about payouts, they definitely wouldn’t have set a price of 8.2 mil…. None of the payout scenario/talk makes sense if he wasn’t aware of the repercussions of hanging LAHO Shs out to dry.
