no response, if I ever do I will post, but seriously doubt they would give any insider answer w/o letting everyone know at the same time, thought it worth asking, as some others here said many many shares can probably, in Certs, cant be located any ways. And anyone watching how tight this trades the float is no where near the stated SFIN, so Cancelling any unlocated shares would probably get the SS to where they want it w/o r/s
