I spoke with Roger Pawson on this piece of Real Estate within the last 15 minutes ....

It is an INVESTMENT PROPERTY OWNED BY OPTEC INTERNATIONAL,
It is leased out for one year
Roger is not the Tenant
It was an opportunity for a very good investment for Optec
It was bought for $2.5 Mil and is worth about $2.8 mil as of today

I live less than 30 minutes from the home and it is in a very nice area that is experiencing very strong appreciation in San Diego County.

It will be desclosed in the Subsequent Events on the filing that is coming out in the next few days. It is all above board and completely disclosed

I searched the internet but couldn't find a "Pavel Plesnik" in the USA.

Is he related to "Walter Nicholas"? ;-) LOL (H/T Deep6 for posts #88071, #87081 and others he's written re: "Walter".)
