regarding SIRC megazoo, we all know what happens tomorrow regarding the audit - nothing
The shoebox full of receipts/paperwork given to the auditing firm (which is a good firm by the way) must have been quite the mess. A paperwork nightmare with bookkeeping on par with what you would expect from roofing company.... I can assure you CEO Massey (self admitted salesman) did not put an emphasis on clean books... to busy buying shingles/nails and looking for the next sale/acquisition. No REAL quality CFO in place. Only A/P and A/R to send out and process invoicess.

A long long time ago, probably APRIL? on IHUB I had posted a few posts regarding my phone call to a former CFO of SIRC. You hunt, you will find it. It was a chance contact I made when doing a little DD on my investment, found phone number on the internet. I called, and got the former CFO (his cell phone) - nice guy who left SIRC a few months before my call. HE TOLD me SIRC paperwork/bookkeeping and office is a mess. That kept with me. AS IT WAS SINCERE, not a bitter comment from a former employee who had left.

So - I am not surprised - this was all expected on my end.

I am very tired of posts regarding the occasional 3 cents to $3 run early in the year and how in can just happen again. Really?
SIRC is a completely different animal now. Look at the share total for one. AND just about every OTC Green stock and many on NASDAQ went out of control nuts during this crazy few weeks... after Biden got in office. ENKS AND SING were both over $2.00 a share. That spike had more to do with the market than SIRC itself.
And Splendid - YOU KNOW THIS FACT. So, I do not understand even bringing it up and why?

We are better than this, we know the reality.

This now is all on Massey - may God help us all.
