At some point SIRC needs to do the RIGHT THING, and take it upon themselves to get out of the mud funk themselves - if it ever was their real intentions.

So happy SIRC has an advisory consulting firm in their back pocket to assist them on the process. You want to know how the world works? They could have very well come to an agreement to use them at a block of contracted hours at an hourly rate - signed a proposal for "possible" services (IF THEY EVER NEED THEM OR NOT). And with this, they spew a PR regarding the great alignment deal" to the street. Might not have cost them a nickel if in reality - they do not intend to use them.

JMO....anything can happen....... but the definition of "shake and stirred" and fireworks display will be seen on Yahoo Finance, StockTwits, Reddit, Facebook, IHUB, Twitter and the rah rah rah board (creating IDs as fast as they can be placed in HAL9000 and submerged)
