SHE LOWERED THE AUTHORIZED SHARES from 5bil down to 2bil.

So what, it just means she has the power to increase it to 100 billion without shareholder approval.

And she cancelled another 225mil shares

So someone that got paid in shares is now s**t outta luck, because once again, she does whatever she wants.
