if they had a plan to strengthen company through reverse split to raise working capital by an open offering after split. would be beneficial. but only if the offering price made sense as we want to open 50 shops at roughly 50 mil cost.(appx) then raising the funds without debt would overall be beneficial. the mechanics would be in the overall scope of this idea. we have what 200 mil shares @ .26 so a rs of 1/10 and valuation of $3 a share makes 180 mil on table.have a sale of 20 mil @ 5 gives a good return for working capital. it would leave enough in war chest to go further than their initial plans. instead of 3 states and 50 shops. would have ability to expand on national level in the near term with little risk.while leaving enough shares for expansion and aquisition
