If after reading this you are thinking what I thinking you are thinking, you are wrong.

"by a shareholder..." That doesn't apply to Lehman. What shareholder?

There is nothing in this link that would exclude Lehman from having COD income. And again, the company itself implies that by saying all NOLs will be fully utilized.
