I can't. You probably can't, unless if maybe you are in Canada or overseas. It's ridiculous how USA is taking away freedoms of their citizens. Other countries can trade U.S. OTC Stocks but the US citizens can't. China is probably buying all of the shares here before this becomes current again. Betcha bottom dolla.
