How long will we have to wait this time? It was due Sep 28 and now FINRA is taking forever to process this even if they were duly noted 10 days in advance according to standard procedure. It is quite annoying when we have been waiting since May. And years before that.

The merger would form a $3.5B company. Gansu Yasheng Industrial 30%, Yasheng Group 70%.

The rest of the company would be worth $2.5 billion, if acquired by the sister company.
