Here’s what I find most interesting about this situation: we can assume CYDY has owed money to Amarex for sometime but CYDY has raised upwards of $15 million over the past couple of months.
So why doesn’t CYDY just pay Amarex? Is the situation more complex? Is Amarex involved in the SEC/DOJ investigations?
