The OTCM informs the company exactly why there is a CE - once again Deitsch isn't being truthful because he knows why the CE is in place.

It is amusing that a few believe the OTCM puts a CE on the company but doesn't inform the company. SMH!

And a few believe anything Deitsch tells them to believe.
