He clearly states he and the merging companies decided to go the SEC filer route? Better for the merging companies going forward and my investment here? I have no issues with that, this makes them more valuable as shell tickers now. Love it!
He got financials audited so he doesn’t need Attorney letters!! He wanted to go SEC route like other experienced traders said here for possible R/M and going to NASDAQ. I think by the time financials were audited it was ready to be uploaded OTCM he didn’t have too much time in between. He forgot to check the boxes on form 10 which automatically caused 60 days delay to be pink current by the time amendments to correct the form were made?
