If the claims were in fact still valid LBHI would receive distributions.
—-//——//—-

SELL BACK IS BEING RECEIVED JOE.. YOU JUST ARGUING WITH THE SEMANTIC.

YOU JUST DONT HAVE ANY IDEA THAT IT IS THE DISTRIBUTED MONEY THAT IS BEING COLLECTED.

COMPREHEND THE “Sell back”… THATS WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU ARGUE WITH IT.

Claims can’t be cancelled because that would trigger codi which would trigger NOL reduction which the plan tailored to reserve. The claims can only be cancelled among discharge.

joe this is from the 8k I will show more hospitality and point this out for you

Allowed Claims Eligible for Distributions exclude Allowed Claims that LBHI owns against itself.

as I stated previously I believe the claims LBHI holds against itself will be equity/capital/stock.

the claims are not cancelled but they are excluded from distribution

but I am not on the distribution train. I am on debt for equity train.
