Jeff took over this company at the end of 2005. Since then HE was the one who generated revenue and contracts. Look back what he received in only one year. It's awesome! Problem is that projects have to be paid with shares. I don't understand why Jeff doesn't try to gain some private investors or banks or funds. It'll be much better for the quote to to throw so many shares into the market.
