Apparently the tide is shifting when THE BIG DOG starts collecting commons. Let's Go with that.

CD owned over 10% a few weeks ago when he took 95M common position and OS was very low. So he had to report as 10% (that was the 17th Form D filing)

Since he took the position they Co. unloaded much of the 3.3B offering and now he had to report he is not long 10% owner.

That is all this filing is stating.

He also has the option to convert 47.5M more once the OS is raised to 50B (likely in Mid November)
