They will vote on a one or two shrs for every 30 shares on Oct 22nd.. I predict the share price will increase to a min bid of .15 pre split in Nov for uplisting to Nasdaq. Pls read the DD on $IPSI board for details.

My plan is to sell enough shares pre split to recover my initial $$ and have 60,000 shares F & C for a split
