I just "Heard from Better Source" and Royea is here in the states for two reasons:

1. Cyrcadia-Asia has no funding and is dormant, so there was no reason for him to stay in Asia.

2. Histolix is in the States. Royea is now the CEO of Histolix.

Royea no longer works for Cyrcadia USA anyway. If he was doing ANYTHING with the Cyrcadia Breast Monitor, it would be in Asia, not the USA.

And even if Cyrcadia hired him back (eye roll), Royea can't "prep for market entry, including FDA Clearance" because Cyrcadia USA hasn't finished half of its clinical trial and has no funding.
