I don't know the answer to your question, as for PRS are a dime a dozen, agreed! What keeps myself in this stock and adding to the holdings is the fact that they made the time and effort to catch the filings up to date, no small task in itself! Without that effort I probably wouldn't invest in this company, the other factor is cheap shares and an actual product with the potential for real decent gains!
