IMO I think that we can take Dr JJ at his word that the EUA was submitted on May 30, 2021 as stated in a formal PR. It would be egregious conduct by Dr JJ if he propagated such a blatant lie to the shareholders in a formal PR. So I am assuming that NRXP did indeed file with the FDA.
The bigger question for me now is...has the FDA responded to NRXP regarding the status of the EUA application (if it were rejected). Some SH believe that NRXP is no obligation to share that information with the SH. It would be nice if an attorney on this board could address that issue.
If the EUA is awarded, we would know within 24 hours on the FDA web site.
