That is a different Dividend you are referring to. The AS hasn't changed in years. This Dividend is tied to the closure of the Reverse Merger with Ice Lounge Media.
This dividend was first discussed in the September 2020 8K. I spoke to Fytton 6 months ago, and he stated details would follow but I assume they are hung on completion of the merger. The merger is tied up due to the new owners wanting the financials audited IMO.
