Agreed we’re dealing with constant scalpers and coordinated group dumps mixed with dilution.

Another theory I’m thinking is originally the company was considering the RS because the high share count was difficult to “manage”.

With this in mind, we could be dealing with this “down time” as a way for the company to shake out all the toxic holders.
