I stand corrected. It still could have been the note if it came in two tranches. One for the 24th and the other for the 29th. The number matches up closely to the conversion price language

I'm not focused on balance sheet anymore. We know it will continue to improve as debt is paid off and dilutive effects will be mitigated through sheer volume. Focused on what the CEO said about the P&L and ARIA revenues likely be on target for Q3..means 1000% increase in revenues...if that doesn't get us past 1/2 cent and near penny or better ...nothing will apparently
