I’m pretty sure Diwan isn’t concerned about late filings, or timely filings for that matter.

It seems there are no repercussions to any of his actions no matter how egregious they are. And he can continue his money laundering activities with the zeal he has employed for the length of NNVC’s existence without worry of scrutiny.
