I agree it shouldn’t. But if there is less than 20 million traded in a day. It doesn’t take much to influence it. Now a 100 million, or 1 billion shares traded day “NO”. But right now it’s low volume. Million shares at 0.0135 is only $13,500 divided by 135 individuals ($100)
